Photographer Ownership: The Photographer retains 100% of the copyright for all delivered media (photos, video, 3D tours).

Agent License: The Photographer grants the Agent a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for marketing the specific property.

Expiration: This license automatically terminates once the property is sold, leased, or the listing expires.

No Third-Party Transfers: The Agent may not sell, gift, or transfer the media to builders, stagers, homeowners, or subsequent real estate agents.

Service Fee: The Agent agrees to pay a fixed fee as stated and agreed upon prices for the requested services.

Payment Deadline: Full payment is due prior to non-watermarked, high-resolution download.

Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 7 days will incur a late fee of $25 or 10% per month.

Notice Requirement: The Agent must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a shoot.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the restricted window are subject to a fee of $100.

Weather Policy: If inclement weather prevents outdoor shooting, the Photographer-Pilot will reschedule the exterior at no extra cost, though interior shoots may still proceed.

Camera-Ready State: The Agent is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready for shooting prior to the Photographer's arrival.

No On-Site Staging: The Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, or staging rooms.

Delays: If a shoot is delayed or impossible due to a unready property, a reschedule fee of $100 will apply.

Product Revisions: Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon, agent is allowed 1 round of standard product edits to any digital media. Enhanced add-ons or premium edits may not be included. Requests for edits may delay delivery of assets by 24-hours.

24-Hour Delivery of Media Assets: 24-hour delivery of assets only applies to standard HDR bracketed images and basic image add-ons.

All Other Media Assets: 24-hour delivery does NOT apply to non-standard images including, but not limited to, 2D & 3D floor plans (i.e. Cubicasa), 3D walk-thru's (i.e. Matterport), Social media reels, property videos, 3D models, etc.

Portfolio Rights: The Photographer reserves the right to use all media for marketing, social media, website portfolios, and industry competitions.
